Report illegal content or copyright

How to report

• Use the report form. No account needed.
• Inside the app, use the report button on a user or a spot.

What we need

• A link to the content.
• For copyright: what the work is, your name, and a statement that you believe in good faith this use isn’t authorised.
• For other illegal content: why you think it is illegal.
• Your email, so we can reply. Your name is optional unless you report copyright.

What happens next

1. We review your report.
2. We decide whether to remove the content.
3. We tell you and the uploader the decision and the reason.
4. The uploader can appeal by replying to our email within 6 months. A different person reviews the appeal.

We reply within 30 days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or illegal content are closed.
