Delete your carspottone account
You can delete your account and its data yourself, in the app or on the web.
How to delete
- In the app: open Settings, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
- On the web: sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
The 30-day window
Your account is locked right away and deleted for good after 30 days.
Sign in within 30 days and you can restore it.
Your subscription is cancelled now. Restoring your account does not bring it back.
What we delete
- Your login
- Your profile
- Your cards
- Your decks
- Your spots
- All your photos
- Your friends and blocks
- Your feedback
- Your notifications and push tokens
What we keep
- Past duels stay for your opponents. You show up as "Deleted player".
- Purchase and withdrawal records stay, with no link to you. Polish tax and consumer law requires this.
- Photos already used on shared cards stay, with plates and faces blurred and no link to you.
